We recently visited Donostia With two children under 10 years old. We rented bikes here And had an excellent experience. The bikes are in excellent condition. They had helmets for all ages and the bikes for kids were great. The owner was very attentive and helped me make sure that my bike fit me before I took off. I highly recommend!!

Best plan in San Sebastian! highly recommended!

The best way to get around San Sebastian - Donostia. We went for our family vacation, and biking was the best and most fun way to move around town. They have all types of bike fit for all the family and ages. We were able to bike all Donostia with our 8mo. old baby and 4yr.old toddler in special seats. We rented for a few days during our stay electric bikes and scooters. They even had a bike for my 4yr old toddler which we used to walk around town. The owner is super nice and extremely helpful. Very high recommendation for LA BICICLETA!

Great Customer Service

We hired bikes for 4 hours from La Bicicleta on a recent trip to San Sebastian. Fantastic experience! Good selection of bikes, scooters etc. Had a slight issue with a padlock and of our bikes, both replaced without any issue. Also managed to leave our ID in the shop by mistake and only realised on our return to UK. Various emails to the shop and our driving licence has been returned to us. Fantastic customer service! Thank you!
